Name: Jinn of the Five Swords Age: 35 Gender: Male Race: Human
Character level: (by your scale, I’m guessing ) About 80
Abstract: Jinn looks to have been roughed up in a recent battle. His scarred body looks to have seen many battles in the past. His armour is newer and shined up and his swords seem to be in great shape. Jinn is a good man at heart, although has forgotten his character over the years. Before his entrance into the new “multiverse”, he had distanced himself because everyone that was ever close to him had been brutally slaughtered. He tries to lend a helping hand wherever he can but when people get to close he leaves without delay. It is merely instinct and habit that he aids others, and he shelters no remorse for leaving them to fend for themselves usually.
Physical description: Jinn wears solid black, shiny chest armour over a black cotton shirt, and shoulder pads which are normally supporting a velvet black cloak embroidered with patterns and symbols clearly of his hometown. He wears a long sword on either side of his waist and a katana over each shoulder. He also possesses a large, fang-like sword (much like clouds from ff7) over his right shoulder. Jinn also wears blackened leather greaves over black cotton pants. He has scruffy looking dark brown hair that hangs to his shoulders, light blue eyes and a scar in the shape of an "X" over his right eye. His arms are covered with black steel arm guards, hiding many, many scars as well. He wears black gloves over what are quite clearly burn scars on his hands.
Personality: Jinn is best described as dangerous. His past is a graveyard of lost friends and comrades, and he can't forget the atrocities he's seen. Bearing a tortured mind and a bad past lead him to exile himself and cut off all contact with people for a long time, which hardened his emotions. He cares for no one and nothing. He sees emotion as a weakness to be exploited by the strong and nothing more. He isn't bothered by killing, or death anymore. Even fear for himself has all but left him.
History: Jinn was born into a clan of warriors that have hid from the world for a millennium, perfecting "the way of five swords" the traditional combat form of their people. At the ripe young age of 5, Jinn began his own training, and by age 8, he was all ready using the first 4 swords (the twin katanas, and the twin long swords). I don't, of course, mean all at once, that's impossible. But each particular weapon combination is used differently. At age 10, he began practicing with the giant sword, and was beginning to learn hand to hand combat. however, at age 15, when he was just about to learn the final sword skill the village could teach him, disaster struck. A horde of demons attacked the village, and because they had seen no outsiders for so long, they were unprepared. Jinns' entire village was destroyed, and only a few managed to escape. Jinn witnessed his fathers' demise that day, and his mother died from battle shortly after. Suddenly jinn was alone in the world, without family or friends, no one to care for him, and no one he could care for. He wandered for 2 years, defeating bandits, and helping everyone he could, and then the war came. Jinn was drafted into an army, and sent to war (Which is, by the way, where most of his "battles survived" were achieved.) During the war, he made a friend, who's name was Jasper. Jinn and Jasper fought well, and soon were placed in command of their own contingents of troops. Back then, it was just a game. They would see who could advance the farthest, defeat the most, even charge the loudest. Then, disaster struck again. Jasper was wounded in the last battle of the war, and eventually died. Jinn was enraged by this loss, and went berserk. He mercilessly slaughtered every one who approached him in that battle, and even managed to wipe out the enemy commander, but still he was crushed by the loss of his only friend.
For the next few years, Jinn wandered the countryside, trying hopelessly to reclaim something he lost. Himself. Yet, every time he made a friend, or got close to someone, they died in some unfortunate manner. some were killed by bandits, others died of disease, some were killed in battle by demons, as well as many other things. The point is, Jinn came to believe that he was cursed, and that every one around him would die if they got to know him. So after much thought, Jinn exiled himself in the mountains to train, until now. Then he worked as a Mercenary, wandering around and lending his talents to the highest bidder. He did, at times, show the remnants of a conscience, by helping people in need for free. On this trek, he found a Technocrat liaison, and did some work for them. However, he soon left them due to personal reasons and lack of funding.
After a length of time, unrecorded, he made his way into dense mountains, where he trained relentlessly to become stronger. His soul hardened, farther deepening his sorrow. Day after day, he strained to grow stronger, until one night, when his determination, his will almost broken, he happened upon a cave. What happened inside remains a mystery, but when he came out, he had a purpose again. Despite his outward appearance and actions, Jinn has a close relationship with the pursuit of knowledge, and has learned many things during his travels.
Perhaps, there is someone who can get close enough in the world who can still thaw this frozen heart.
Equipment:
Armor: He has a black steel chest plate and shoulder pads. He wears black leather greaves, pants and a black velvet cloak, that doubles as a cape in combat situations. Also wears cotton Black clothes underneath armour. Weapons: Twin katanas (Japanese style long swords with curved, one-sided blades for slashing), twin long swords (European style long-swords with simple hand guards and straight, double-sided blades for flexible combat methods) And a giant sword (a fanglike large sword, handled much like a lance).
These blades, passed down along the Five sword style, have specific traits and abilities locked away inside them, and can only be unlocked and used by one trained sufficiently in the five sword style.
For example, the GreatFang, (The before mentioned giant sword) can meld with any of the other blades, and produce another blade. These will be defined later. Also, the weapons have hidden mechanisms inside them that can be used by those who know how to trigger them. Each Dire sword (The combination of two identical swords, attached at the hilt, also via hidden mechanism) holds a few thousand feet of metal wire, attached to a motor that will draw the wire back in as soon as it runs out of kinetic energy. This wire is attached to a ring as well, which attaches to the finger. The rest of the equation is simple.
Allegiance: His only allegiance is to himself.
Fusion Sword: Can be used to fuse the goddess’ swords to create a different “greatsword.” Accompanied by a fierce red glow, emanated by the fusion process.
Abilities: Jinn has been conditioned to resist mind-control, and fight the effects of telekinetic and psychokinetic powers by focusing spiritual energies from his swords and using his own bodily energies as an amplifier.
Blood-sword:
Jinn can temporarily mend a shattered blade by drawing blood with a piece and with a minor incantation. These include many techniques that I will not define here, because they're a secret. I will, however, define his signature technique:
Art Of One Thousand Blades:
An Ariel combination of as many as one thousand slashes, preformed in less than one second. This is accomplished by "sacrificing" one's inhibitions, and causes great harm to all parties. Has little focus, and air vaccumes often form behind the swinging blades. The user can come off with a little as a lapse in consiousness, or as much as being reduced to near death, with many of his bones broken or damaged. (The latter is far more likely.)
Blitz Swords: A move similar to the Art of One thousand blades, except there's no cap on the number of attacks, and It goes slower (slightly)
Dire Hurricane: A series of attacks, performed at sonic speed, that appear to be more of a dance, because they're performed with Dire Swords -Twin bladed swords-
Dead Mans' Rush: When Jinn has accepted that he will die, he uses this technique. All of the muscles in his body are juiced with raw energy, letting him perform dare-devil acrobatics at lightning speed, and attack with extreme force. This also plays on his ability to disregard his natural instincts, because he puts his body over the line, and charges his opponent(s).
"Blood on a Bloodless blade": When the blood-sword technique is used on an un-broken blade, all the shards of unused, or discarded metal is drawn to the blade, and temporarily become part of the weapon Increases the size of the weapon Exponentially but the weapon is still functional (The sword would only get bigger, not losing its' edge or anything.)
FIRE IN THE BLOOD : This is a berserker technique, allowing Jinn to move faster and harder, mindless of all pain and fatigue. He can not be stopped or even slowed down until he or his foe dies...
Demon Draw: A blade-drawing technique that blasts a pair of dark energy scythes from the blades of the drawn weapons. Only applicable to drawing opposite, one handed weapons. IE: A long sword and a Katana
Devotion to the Goddess: A healing technique enabling Jinn to rise from the Art of One Thousand Swords technique faster, and recover from its’ disorienting effects almost instantly. Also can be used to repair flesh and bone injuries provided at least one arm is functional, as it requires hand contact.
Some of his newest techniques require a specific blade to perform, those are defined HERE:
GreatFang combinations:
+ one katana= a slightly curved, longer blade, the TwistedFang
+ Two Katanas= A severely curved, scimitar-like blade(only about ten times bigger). This blade can split down the center and opens like a mouth to reveal a flamethrower mechanism that draws oxygen water vapour and ozone from the atmosphere around it and converts it into an environmentally combustible series of substances including pure hydrogen and oxygen. The Warped fang.
+ one katana and one long sword= a slightly curved, longer blade with a saw edge on the reverse side. Fangedge.
+Two Katanas and Long sword=Curved blade with working chainsaw edge. Dragon Fangs
+One long sword= a narrow, claymore like blade; actually smaller than it’s original form. Lightweight and durable, this blade can dispel energy fields, using a special ore forged into it to distort and fold the energies onto themselves, cancelling them out.
+ Two long swords= A longer, wider edge. Can open down the middle to reveal another hidden mechanism. The THUNDERBANE (Mechanism absorbs unanchored energy and can release it on demand, up to about five million kilojoules worth[that’s alot].)
+Two Long swords and one Katana= A basic looking great sword. Except for one little thing. A turbine mechanism Generates electricity with each impact the blade takes, and can release via timed pulse. The Thunderbringer
+ All other swords carried= A devilish blade, its’ edge is a series of fanglike curved blades in themselves, pointing up towards the tip of the blade, capable of rending flesh instantly. Vampiric in nature, the more blood this blade draws, the more power it can release, in the form of massive shockwaves. The ground trembles at it’s pass, and no mere mortal can resist being drained dry of blood. No hidden mechanisms are hidden here, but ancient magic surrounds it for this fell purpose. Holds the Negative soul of the fallen Goddess, and can unleash deadly unholy power relative to the amount of blood consumed, but reverts the blade to its’ original strength. GODBRINGER
If the fabled Godbringer is destroyed, The wielder can be left seriously vulnerable. However, another form of magic binds the blade to the world, and if the Bloodsword technique is performed, it will spawn the greatest sword ever wielded.
HEAVENSBANE: A sword set against the gods, meant to only be turned against those of vile hearts. Its' blade straight as an arrow, its edge unbreakable. It's core emanates a golden glow, and legend has it a goddess' pure body was used in the forging of the blade. Because of such an act, the blade is cursed, and was smashed into five pieces. It's power is absolute: to cut through the deepest of darkness, and repel the greatest of lights. This includes that which resides in the hearts of others, and any form of energy that draws from these things. HeavensBane also holds the reincarnated soul of the Goddess, and can unleash terribly powerful waves of Heavenly energy. Concentrated into a narrow beam, or fully unleashed into an awesome blast-wave with incredible destructive power, this’ one goddess no one wants to mess with. Drains the power to slice through darkness/light temporarily.
Twin-Goddess’ Resolve Finally, when purposes in Jinns heart become purely unselfish, he can wield both the GodBringer AND HeavensBane simultaneously. At this time, both swords manifest, pumping him full of the Goddess’ power. The swords have no weight in his hands, and can unleash the same powers they do individually.

A very powerful character you got there. You can RP with it, just remember, this isn't RR, so don't go too wild. Also, you might want to remove the Technorats alignment, seeing as it isn't mentioned in the history.
One question though, that "Art of One Thousand Blades" technique, what costs is there to using the attack (sacrificing inhibitions?) And then, what cost is there to use his Devotion to the Godess powers to counter act the side effects of his thousand blades technique. It seems overly strong, and you counter the cost with a healing move.

Shoot. I edited the bio rather hastily, and forgot to add the "costs" to using his "art". It is overly powerful, but he's supposed to break alot of bones when he uses it, thus I created a healing power to make sure broken bones arn't suicide, y'know? Powerful it may be, by unstopable, not a chance.

Name: Jinn of War Age: 28 Gender: Male Race: Jinn (soulless or hollow-souled Being, very human-like)
Abstract: A taller, mighty figure, wearing battle worn clothes and armour. Jinn of War is a man who’s been born to make conflict with others, and resurrect the Goddess of War from the five blades. Driven by nothing but straightforward, narrow-mindedness,
Physical Description: : War has always been seen as a large, heavily built tank, ready to role over his foes. Despite that, he’s a powerful person. His muscles are just big enough to convey a feeling of “heroism” without impairing movement in the least. Over which he wears a white, scarred (battle worn) steel chest plate and pauldrons (shoulder pads), and black clothes (pants and shirt, cotton, under armour.). His greaves are fine steel, pearl white, and cover up to just below his knees. War sports off-white hair, and a very similar “X” scar over his eye to the one Jinn of Five Swords wore. The cold, solitary expression is also reminiscent of that.
Personality Description: He cares for only two things: Completing the mission, and destroying his foes. This man doesn’t care about others, or himself. He’s only interested in battle, in war, and in death. A near-hollow soul, only thriving off the remnants of JoFS inside him, and the Goddess’ influence.
Character Equipment:
Armor: He has a whiteish, scarred (battle worn) steel chest plate and shoulder pads. He wears black leather greaves, pants and a black velvet cloak, that doubles as a cape in combat situations. Also wears a gray cotton shirt underneath armour.
Weapons: Twin katanas (Japanese style long swords), twin long swords (European style), one Murasame-like blade(long, amazingly sharp katana), And a giant sword.
Five of these blades, passed down along the Five sword style, have specific traits and abilities locked away inside them, and can only be unlocked and used by one trained sufficiently in the five sword style.
The other, the “Master of War” is the direct remnant of the knowledge and strength of the elder Jinn, Jinn of Five Swords. It’s hilt bares an “X” scared into the end, and it’s handle is wraped in a fine black silk, tied in such a way that it’s loose ends hang down from the butt of the hilt. The blades’ edge is sharp enough to slash through a solid block of steel, and never loses its’ edge. Also, it is nigh-invulnerable. Each pass of this blade unleashes an invisible onslaught of a thousand telekinetic blades, to rob its’ foes of the will to fight. However, this sword cannot, under any circumstances, kill. There is no, “what if it does?” because it doesn’t have the ABILITY to kill. The telekinetic attack will only make flesh-wounds and damage muscles and bone. It can’t harm blood-vessels, and passes through arteries. Should the sword itself make contact with a foe, it will pass through, ghost-like, and only damage muscles. Also, it will not harm the heart, nor the brain. When drawn, the Master of War enhances the wielders’ abilities ten-fold. Strength, speed, endurance, stamina, regeneration. All aspects of his being are boosted to an unmatchable degree. Also, can render the un-healthy backlash of the “art of one-thousand blades” null. But that’s not all: It can copy any of the Goddess’ Swords, individually and without their presence, AND it can fuse with them, and amplify their abilities along with Jinns’ own. (This fusion does not change the appearance, just the potency.)
Character History: There is no history to this one save war, and death. Jinn of War was born out of the Goddess’ desire for a greater champion. A stronger, faster, smarter champion. And so, he went forth, and took the Goddess’ blades from Jinn of Five Swords, and ended the mans’ existence.
Allegiance: Heavens Resistance
Skills, powers and abilities:
(Level-6)Jinns’ mind, being driven by a near-hollow soul, isn’t the same as a regular mind. For all intents and purposes, it is an empty, cold place in which only faint scrapes of thoughts and the Goddess’ spirits rest. That being said, if an infiltrator thinks on entering Jinns’ mind, they’ll be in extreme danger from the Goddess’ wills, which will literally “eliminate” the threat.
(Level-6)Blood-sword:

Final, One Million Onslaught:
At the times of near-un-winnable battle, the Master of Wars’ ability to unleash on thousand TK blades with each pass can be transferred to another sword. This, combined with the “Art of one Thousand Blades” is the ultimate assault. Do the math: 1000*1000= One million blades, all focused on rendering the enemies body useless…

Stop it? Block it? How many hits can you stop? It'll take a toll. As far as dodging, Unless you can somehow "shift" yourself instantly out of the area, or out of phase, there IS NO dodging. and yes, it is overkill. But, not quite the KILL part. If you read clearly, it states that it CANNOT kill. In that way, it is fair. >: P
